Plains New Program
The Plains Library is now offering the program 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten. Plains has a local community partner that is providing all families that sign up their littles with a free book, snacks, and a chance and winning their own reading chair. Throughout the program, they have put up a photo booth wall. At every 100 books, they have signs for the kids to hold up to show their progress. Then they will add them to our photo wall. Plains Library has done a soft launch and have 11 kids already signed up. As they go along they will win free books and at the end, we will give them a custom t-shirt and a completion certificate. Plains Library already have one kiddo that is really rocking the program. Well done Plains Library!!
