Plains’ Director Attends ARLA Conference

The director of Plains Community Library, Sara Munn got the opportunity to go to the ARLA conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee. While at the conference she was able to visit the Chattanooga Public Library. The library had many interesting features such as a sound studio where you can rent out time as well as rent out instruments. They also have equipment set up for a photo studio as a maker space. Sara was able to see some of the sites in Chattanooga which included Ruby Falls. Sara said the city was full of beautiful artwork and it was a great opportunity to attend the ARLA conference.

Kismet Library Ground Breaking

Trip to Emporia, Kansas

Great things are happening at the Rolla Library. This spring, Phoebe Brummett was contacted by Yolanda Robinson, organizer of the 70th Anniversary William Allen White Children’s Book Award celebration. Phoebe was asked if Rolla would be willing to have two students present the book awards on stage to the winning authors. The students that were picked were Abe Weiber a 7th grader and Charlotte Wood a 5th grader. The awards ceremony was to take place on October 1 at Emporia State University. The group then made their way on to Emporia, where they were treated to a private tour of the William Allen White House. Here the students and adults alike learned more about the life of William Allen White. The winning authors soon arrived, and the Rolla students were on their toes, first in line for their autographs. Both authors posed with the children and then the students were off to get settled in the rec center. The group was to be special guests, having breakfast in the VIP room and having lunch with the authors after the presentations were complete. The other 300 guests joined the small group in Webb Hall to listen to the speeches that Charlotte and Abe had written to introduce the authors. The group was tired, glad to be home but happy.  Ms. Phoebe is looking forward to taking a larger group next year once the children all hear the tales from Charlotte and Abe.

SEAL Offers Free Solar Eclipse Glasses to Libraries

In 2023 their will be an Annular Solar Eclipse and then in 2024 there will be a Total Solar Eclipse. “To help libraries have activities around these two events the STAR Library Educations Networks SEAL (Solar Eclipse Activities for Libraries) initiative is distributing approximately 5 million solar eclipse viewing glasses within the 50 states, and US territories and protectorates.”

If you are interested in obtaining solar eclipse viewing glasses for your library you can fill out this registration form. After going to this webpage you will need to go down towards the bottom where there are four blue boxes. The first box is the link to fill out the registration form. The other boxes are opportunities for “Upcoming Eclipse Training”, “Join the STAR Net Eclipse Network Community”, and “Find Eclipse Activities”.

“The application must be completed in one setting, so be prepared for this, because you won’t be able to go back and edit your answers. Applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received and the glasses will be distributed on a first come/first serve basis.

Requirements to receive the glasses are:

  1. Be a public library in the U.S., D.C., or in a territory or protectorate;
  2. Agree to distribute the glasses for free at the eclipse events; and
  3. Provide a signed letter from your library director agreeing to the above.”

Thanks to Audrey, Meade Public Library, for passing along this opportunity for our member libraries.

Free Financial Literacy Money Monsters Story Books

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is offering free Money Monsters books and promotional materials. “The Money Monsters stories introduce young people, grades K-5 to ideas, and activities to help build habits that they’ll need as they grow up and start to manage their own money.”

You can visit their site to see what the CFPB has to offer. The stories look as if they might just be pamphlets. They do offer one Chapter Book. For promotional materials they have Bookmarks, Sticker Sheets, and Posters. If you are interested the items are at no cost to the library, just fill out this order form. They estimate orders should arrive in approximately six weeks.

SER Jobs for Progress, Inc.

The SER Jobs for Progress, Inc. wished for me to relay information about their Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) to our libraries. The program “is funded through the U.S. Department of Labor and focuses on the needs of mature workers, the community, and employers.”

This was explained to me, that if a library wishes to participate they would be assigned a worker with payroll provided by the U.S. Department of Labor. The library director would keep track of hours worked and then it will turned in to the program facilitator. This representative was just visiting with me by chance so their might be some variance to responsibilities of the library. You would need to contact the areas facilitator to get the complete explanation of how the program works.

If you are interest in this program the areas contact person is Brian Diedrich, 300 W. Douglas, Ste 850, Wichita KS 67202, Phone Number is 316-771-6770. The counties covered within this contact person’s area are: Edwards, Ford, Finney, Grant, Haskell, Kearny, Meade, Morton, Ness, Seward, and Stevens.

Banned Book Week and Library Card Sign-Up Month

September is a busy month for libraries. You have different events that you can promote within your library that are library related.

Banned Book Week is September 18-24, this year. Many libraries will build a display or have posters and/or bookmarks about the topic. If you would like to use more neutral language for this topic, a new slogan that is being put out this year is “Books Unite Us”.

September is also Library Card Sign-Up Month. So you can promote in your local paper, social media, or other means to have community members, that don’t have a library card, can come to your library to receive one. A library card is a powerful tool that many within our communities don’t realize they can obtain.

Whether it’s both or just one of the library related events mentioned above, be sure to promote your library.

National Senior Center Month

If you were looking for a program for the library during September you might consider teaming up with your local Senior Center. September is National Senior Center Month. The recognition began as just a week by President Ronald Reagan in a Presidential Proclamation in 1985. In 2007 the week was extended to the full month of September to give centers flexibility in scheduling events.

Even if it isn’t in the month of September you can always contact the System Office to schedule in a Talking Books presentation. This presentation is part of the System’s grant funding to support Talking Books. With this funding available there is be no charge to your library for the presentation.

New SEED Grant Sample Application

If your library is planning on joining in on a collaborative or its own SEED Grant there is a sample application you can use before you start entering in information on the actual online application. You can download the sample SEED Grant application here.

To remind everyone of my take away from the SEED Grant webinar I have included it here again:

SEED Grant Link for eligibility requirements and application.

After listening to the SEED Grant informational Webinar this morning this is what I came away with.

Out of our membership counties all but Ford and Seward County can apply for the SEED Grant.  Multiple grant applications can be submitted, however only one (1) grant application per county will be selected to be awarded funding.

If you have received a BASE or HEAL grant you are not eligible for the SEED grant funding.

Libraries can apply for funding for:

  • Purchase of books and related reading materials
  • Laptops, tablets, Wi-Fi hot spots and other equipment to help patrons access reliable internet outside of library facilities and to help them connect to employment, education, general information, and essential telehealth services
  • Physical improvements to library facilities including but not limited to carpet, roofs, entryways, or meeting rooms
  • Purchase of furniture to benefit library patrons, such as new reading chairs, installation of coffee makers, tables and kiosks, etc.

The minimum amount that can be applied for is $5,000 and the maximum amount that can be applied for is $50,000.  If you submit a cooperative grant application, you can make one portion for a senior center for $10,000 and another portion for the library for $10,000 with the total grant applied for being $20,000.

You have to have a 10% match for the amount of funding you are requesting.  If you can provide more of a matching percentage, the selection committee will score your application higher.  If you have an application that is a cooperative between entities the selection committee will score your application higher as well.

It is encouraged to have multiple entities submit the SEED grant application together and have a coordinator handle the application process and submittal.  This means you would need to coordinate with your county government.  The presenters did state that entities can apply separately, however this would make for a competitive grant with other entities within your county.  This could lead to some unfavorable feelings toward the library so I would proceed with caution.

If you are awarded the grant you will have to follow their reporting method, which at the moment they stated will be quarterly (this could change).

Also if you do a remodeling or building project construction must begin four (4) months after being awarded the funds and the completion of the project must be twelve (12) months after being awarded the funds.

The difficulty that I see with this grant is that only one application will be awarded per county.  If you can join in a collaboration with other county entities this could increase your chances of being awarded.

NEW RESOURCES FOR YOU

New to our Professional Collection:

Fostering Wellness in the Workplace
by Bobbi L. Newman

Whether you’re an administrator or library leader concerned about the health and well-being of your team, or a library worker excited to launch a health and wellness movement in your library, you’ll find sensible guidance and inspiration in Newman’s handbook.

As part of their dedication to improving the lives of their patrons, libraries have long offered services, programs, and outreach dedicated to the health and wellness of their communities. There is a growing recognition that library workers themselves are in urgent need of such attention; low morale, and complaints of burnout and a toxic work environment, are only a few of the obvious symptoms. The good news is that by turning inward, libraries can foster wellness in their workplace and make a real difference in the day-to-day lives of their staff. Newman, who has led a popular course on the subject attended by workers from many types of different libraries, here takes a holistic approach to examine why and how libraries should focus on improving the health and wellness of employees. Filled with hands-on advice, examples of successful initiatives, and suggested action steps, in this book readers will learn

  • how to define health and wellness, including its physical, psychological, and social aspects, and why they touch upon nearly everything that happens in the workplace;
  • what a workplace looks like when it strives to ensure the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of workers, and the ways in which this approach to a work environment benefits both the library and the community it serves;
  • the role played by the physical aspects of the workplace, such as the ergonomics of sitting and standing desks, the effects of air quality and smell on worker health and productivity, and noise levels stemming from open plan workspaces;
  • about key policies relating to wages, working schedules, where employees work, and child and elder care;
  • real-world advice on addressing complicated workplace issues like emotional and invisible labor, with a look at the part that burdensome or indifferent policies and practices can play in contributing to compassion fatigue and burnout;
  • ways to make healthy choices for oneself and encourage healthy choices in co-workers and staff;
  • concrete, evidence-based steps that libraries can take to improve workplace wellness;
  • how to make a lasting difference by focusing on one aspect they can change personally and one that they can advocate changing library wide.

Aug 19 Regular System Board Meeting & Sept 9 RNR/Budget Special System Board Hearing/Meeting

The new way of performing our budget hearing with a constrained timeframe has created a necessity of holding a Special System Board Meeting on September 9.  The timeframe for an RNR/Budget Hearing/Meeting is between the dates of August 20 – September 20.  With our regular System Board Meeting set for August 19, at 10:00 am, this falls outside of the RNR/Budget timeframe.  Therefore, the August 19 System Board Meeting will be an online meeting.

Tandy and Jody sent out the survey with two dates for a RNR/Budget Special System Board Hearing/Meeting and the date that the majority of the board members could attend (in person or online) was September 9.  Therefore, we will be holding a Hybrid RNR/Budget Special System Board Hearing/Meeting Friday September 9, at 10:00 am.  The Special Meeting will be at the Dodge City Public Library in the lower level meeting room.

Many thanks to Lori Juhlin, Director of Dodge City Public Library, who has worked with the System Office on the date changes.

Here are the registration links for each meeting:

Summer Library (Reading) Program Update

I wanted to thank the libraries that have already gotten back with me on the 2023 Summer Library (Reading) Program manual with the format you desired. The deadline for answering my email is August 3. If I don’t hear back from you by that morning I or Tandy will give you a call to see what format you wish to have the 2023 manual.

Also on the topic of Summer Library (Reading) Program is the Evaluation. I will be working on structuring the evaluation form and will send it out the week of August 8. This way their is no confusion with the 2023 manual orders and the 2022 evaluations. So be on the lookout for the evaluations which are part of what the Systems have to turn into the State Library of Kansas as part of the LSTA grant that the state receives to assist with the Summer Library (Reading) Program.

Earlier this week, we received an update from CREW in Dodge City: The organization will no longer accept books for recycling. They are overwhelmed, and we do not know when the situation will be resolved. For now, all we can recommend for your weeded books is to discretely dispose of them, or research local recycling options. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Roselle Public Library District and Seward County Community College Library announced as recipients of GameRT’s 2022 Game On! Grant

For Immediate Release
Sun, 06/26/2022

Contact: Tina Coleman, Staff Liaison, Games & Gaming Round Table, American Library Association, 312.280.2152, ccoleman@ala.org

CHICAGO — The Games & Gaming Round Table (GameRT) of the American Library Association is pleased to announce two recipients of their Game On! Grant for 2022 – Roselle Public Library District (Roselle, IL) and Seward County Community College Library (Liberal, KS). GameRT introduced the new grant program in 2020 with the intention of providing libraries with the opportunity to receive funds to develop gaming programs or collections for their community. The grants allow for GameRT to award one grant of $500 or two of $250 each year and any type of library is eligible to apply.

Roselle Public Library District’s proposal plans to expand its existing multi-generational program “Grandparents Got Game” to include outdoor activities to better accommodate patrons at higher risk to COVID-19 which can include grandparents and young children. The library will use the $250 grant to grow and evolve this already popular annual program.

Seward County Community College Library hosted its first ever chess tournament in 2021 and their proposal plans to invest the $250 grant into improving the tournament experience with new chess sets and time-keeping clocks. By bringing chess to Seward County Community College they hope to provide not only engaging activities for the students but also for the whole community.

Rebecca Strang, GameRT President-Elect and chair of the Game On! Grant Jury said, “The Game On! Grant committee was very excited to be able to choose two libraries as grant recipients this year especially since both libraries are different types (public, academic) and the proposals focus on different populations (kids/seniors, college students). Projects focusing specifically on seniors is something GameRT has not seen a lot of, so it was refreshing to see a generational program proposal this year. We hope both libraries have great success with their programs!”

Find more information on the Game on! Grant and the application process.

About the Games and Gaming Round Table
The Games and Gaming Round Table (GameRT) of the American Library Association provides a venue for librarians interested in the use of games and gaming in libraries of all types a place to gather and share. GameRT was formed in 2011, replacing and extending the pre-existing gaming member interest group. As a round table, GameRT is built around our shared passion for games and the use of gaming within libraries. With members from all types of libraries, GameRT encompasses a wide variety of viewpoints, situations, and user types. Look for more information on the GameRT blog.

Jim Hoy at Stevens County Library

The Stevens County Library is excited to host “Kansas Legends and Folktales,” a
presentation and discussion by Jim Hoy on July 22, 2022 at 7 pm.   Grasshoppers so big that cowboys can ride them to herd cattle. Summers so hot that corn pops in the field. Rancher Henry Mudge wrecking pianos, shooting sheep, and fooling European dignitaries. Kansas is a place of big skies and tall tales, and big exaggerated narratives like these help us understand the character of our state and its people. This talk will explore some of Kansas’s most outlandish legends and folktales and help audiences decipher between a myth
(folk religion), legend (folk history), and tale (folk literature).  Jim Hoy is a professor of English and folklorist who works with the Center for the Great Plains Studies at Emporia State University. He has lectured internationally on the folklife of ranching and is the co-author of “Plains Folk,” a syndicated newspaper column.  “Kansas Legends and Folktales” is part of Humanities Kansas's Speakers Bureau, featuring humanities-based presentations designed to share stories that inspire, spark conversations that inform, and generate insights that strengthen civic engagement.  This presentation is made possible by Humanities Kansas.  Everyone is invited to attend this free program. Refreshments will be provided.

Meet Amy Halling the New Director at Hanston City Library

My name is Amy Halling and before becoming the Hanston City Library Director in June, I was on the library board for 3 years. I am originally from Norton, KS where I worked at the library there from 2010-2011. I have worn many hats and enjoy doing different things. It definitely keeps life interesting. I have a degree in Psychology and I also worked as a cosmetologist for 8 years prior to moving to Hanston. Out of everything I’ve done or will do in the future, my favorite thing is being a mom to my three kiddos. I have twin girls and just recently had a baby boy on Valentine’s Day of this year. My husband Wes and I prefer the small-town life and Hanston is the perfect place to raise children and feel such a sense of community. Being at the library is one of the best parts of my day. Visiting with patrons, planning events and programs and being surrounded by books makes this job not feel like work.

Notable Books Grant Application Open

The Notable Books Grant that several libraries utilize to assist in providing titles within their collections is now open. The fifteen newly added titles checklist can be found by following this link.

The grant is non-competitive and each library that decides to apply will be “reimbursed for the purchase of a single copy, in any format, of any or all of the books on the 2022 Kansas Notable Books list. Only the actual cost of the book will be reimbursed with grant funds.” Therefore, any other costs associated with the purchase of the books will be absorbed by the library (shipping & Handling, processing materials…etc.).

Here is the link to the grant application and below is a brief outline from the grant application of the timeline for submittal:

“The recipient library shall:
• To begin, submit a successful application on or before September 30, 2022
o (Step 1) Upon acknowledgement of a successful application, purchase books, and send invoices/receipts
and required checklist on or before November 15, 2022
o (Step 2) Sign and return the contract and assurances on or before November 30, 2022
o (Step 3) Provide a brief evaluation via SurveyMonkey due on or before December 15, 2022
• Promote Kansas Notable Books within your library and/or community through programs, displays, book clubs,
or other similar means.
• Further agrees to recognize IMLS in all promotions.”

The Notable Books webpage also provides promotional materials to assist with promoting the grant. When you get to the Notable Books webpage go to the bottom area of the page and it will have three tabs that you can click into. Choose the middle tab named “Promotional Materials” and click the tab. This will send you to another page that provides access to a poster, bookmark, banner, and folding brochure to use for promotion.

Looking at obtaining a Masters in Library and Information Studies?

I have done some research for one of our member librarians regarding scholarships.  She thought it might be of interest to other librarians in our System that are considering going back to obtain their Masters in Library and Information Studies. The following is a listing of scholarships that could be used to assist with funding. This is by no means an exhaustive list. Their are more than likely others available that I did not find during my search. If any of our members know of other scholarship opportunities please relay them through the System ListServ.

Emporia State University is the only Accredited Master Program in Library Science in Kansas.  They have some scholarship pages that you can look through:

School of Library and Information Management Scholarships

ESU – Graduate Scholarship Page, has two entitled “New Graduate Student Scholarship” & “McNair Scholarship” that could work for new students.  The “Robert Grover Graduate Scholarship” is for a currently enrolled student if I read it correctly, since it is based on maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.75.  The others give for Thesis work which could be used at the tail end of the program.

KLAEF (Kansas Library Association Educational Foundation Scholarship) is another resource.  However, it is a one time only scholarship and is currently not taking applications, 2022 deadline is past.  The Guidelines and Application is at the bottom of their webpage.

ALA (American Library Association Scholarship Program) is past the 2022 deadline, but is one that can be looked at again in 2023.

MPLA (Professional Development Grants) is listed on their webpage.  However, they did not take applications for 2022.  One would have to wait until 2023 to see if they start accepting applications again.

With most of these grants since they are associated with a library organization I would recommend that you become a member before you submit.  Some have requirements that you be a member of the specific association and if others don’t they give preference to members.

The Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas has a scholarship program, but when I looked into the application it is only for college students working on an undergraduate degree.

When you get to a Master or Doctorate level degree it is harder to find general scholarships.  They are offered through related business associations or through the school itself.  I did find this page “Scholarships for Women” page that one can browse.  On the main page I didn’t find anything for library science and when you click into a search feature they want a profile built to help search for scholarships which can be fill out if one chooses.  I am unfamiliar with this page so one would need to proceed at their own risk.

Kinsley Library Awarded $2000 Grant from Save the Children to Support a Summer Reading Challenge in Kinsley

Kinsley Library Awarded $2000 Grant from Save the Children to Support a Summer Reading Challenge in Kinsley

The grant partners the Kinsley Rotary Club with the library in carrying out an extended summer reading program which they are calling “Oceans of Possibilities PLUS”.

The Kinsley Library is one of nearly 200 other libraries, local businesses, faith-based organizations, universities, school systems, local governments, and youth organizations from across the U.S., which were selected by Save the Children to support innovative approaches to summer learning and childhood literacy.  The Kinsley Rotary Club encourage library director Joan Weaver to apply for the grant.

This initiative is a part of “Summer is Better with Books,” Save the Children’s 100 Days of Reading campaign.  It strives to increase awareness of the importance of extended learning opportunities that keep children reading during the summer months when school is out.

“Following the mission of the grant, we will be encouraging children to read from the day school got out until it begins again in August by offering great programming and incentives,” said library director Joan Weaver. “We are asking children to read twenty minutes a day and log their reading minutes.  Those who meet the reading goal challenge will be invited to a pool party the end of June and a pizza/movie night in August along with many other prizes.”

Children who successfully participate in the program will all choose a free book and books will be given to the Kinsley day cares facilities and USD 347 preschool.

“USD 347 Elementary school classrooms are competing to see which grade can have the most kids meet the summer reading challenge,” said Weaver.  “The top three classes will each receive $150 worth of books for their classroom.”

The kick off for “Oceans of Possibilities PLUS” was held on May 20 when twenty-four Kinsley kids (2nd – 8th graders) created this coral reef out of “junk” for the big Blue Marlin to swim above in the children’s room.

After Lunch Course June 9

Just a reminder that there is an After Lunch Course coming up next week on June 9. The course topic is “Intellectual Freedom: Fighting the Good Fight” presented by Marin Garnar. The Zoom session with start at 1:30 pm and the course will last approximately one hour. If you are interested in attending you can register here. After you register you will receive an email with the Zoom link to attend.

If you do attend please email Richard so he knows to add the course to your Continuing Education File.

KLA Advocacy Calendar of Ideas for the month of June

June has arrived and with the new month the Kansas Library Association Advocacy Calendar has an idea that you can consider doing through your library: “Send a thank you note to your legislators thanking them for their service during this legislative session”.

Other ideas that you could use to spotlight your library are:

“International Picnic Day” on June 18. Your library could incorporate this “day” into your Summer Reading Program or have it as a separate event. Since June 18 is on a Saturday you could do this on the Friday before on June 17 or;

“Ice Cream Soda Day” on June 20 can be combined together which is on a Monday. They say you can’t go wrong with food so combining the “International Picnic & Ice Cream Soda Day” events might be fun.

Along with inviting your Summer Reading participants, invite your area legislators so they can see in person how the library connects with the community. Don’t forget to advertise upcoming events at the library and the library’s services provided for your community.

Fun For All Webinar through Niche Academy

Niche Academy is inviting librarians to register for their upcoming free webinar “Fun for All: Game-Based Programming Across the Generations”. The webinar is on June 15 at 10:00 am CT time.

The webinar is “based on the new book Librarian’s Guide to Games and Gamers, Michelle Goodridge and Matthew Rohweder provide tips and tactics to establish a variety of game-based programming in their libraries. Participants will leave having ideas for cross-generational and specific user group programming suggestions outside of the perceived core game user group because you’re never to old to have fun!”

If you are interested you can register with this link. If you are unable to attend when the date arrives they will be sending all registrants the link to the recording of the webinar.

SpongeBob helped Hamilton County Library kick off the Summer Reading Library Program at the Syracuse Elementary School. He met a lot of new people. The first was a board member for the library, Colten Soelze, and next, he high-fived a 1st grader. Finally, he greets a kinderprep teacher and student. What a fun day for SpongeBob!!

SpongeBob visited the Satanta Grade School on May 17, 2022, to promote our Summer Reading Program. Exciting things are coming to Dudley Township Library for the summer.

Kansas Notable Books List for 2022

Acting State Librarian, Cindy Roupe, recently sent out a notification of the new 2022 listing of the Kansas Notable Books Grant Program, of 2021 published book titles. The titles are either written by Kansan authors or highlight Kansas is some form. The 15 titles can be found at this link. The grant isn’t open yet, this is just to show you what titles have been added to the list of possible purchases of titles that the Kansas Notable Books grant will reimburse the library.

The application for the grant is still forthcoming and will be released by the State Library at a future date. The System office will place the application link in the Weekly Wrap UP, when it becomes available.

Lego Build A World of Play Platform

The Lego Foundation has created a “Build A World of Play” platform with several free resources for libraries. The platform is available at no cost to libraries at this time, through this link, and includes adaptable “how to” activity ideas, a catalog of “plug-and-play” activities, and downloadable media and communication assets for use on social channels.

Part of the Lego Foundation’s goal is to highlight the importance of play and learning. The platform/campaign will be available to access from June 10 – August 10, 2022. One question that is on the site is:

“Can I still use your activity guides when the campaign ends?

Yes! In fact, we hope you’ll help us build a world of play long after our official campaign finishes.”

For additional information please visit their site and see if it might have something to offer your library.

Cataloging, Collection Development, and ILL

“A new Kentucky law will give politicians control over local library boards in the state. The law, which will go into effect in January 2023, will empower local politicians to make appointments to library boards and to control library spending.”
Publisher’s Weekly 25 April 2022, page 7.

Results from this week’s survey will be made available for the next BOD meeting on June 17th. Thank you to all who participated.

BIG NEWS re: brief bibliographic records / brief bibs / zzz bibs

Finally, each library has the ability to edit settings in Circ Admin to set the default to: “Auto-Delete at check in”! To make this change, go to Circ Admin — Brief Record Options — Click the box next to “Auto Delete at check in”. Completing this step will ensure that new brief bibs will not linger in the catalog after they have completed their purpose (i.e. ILL items, etc.). Yay!

UPDATE:

Ransom is done! Congratulations!
Fowler & Ness City are in progress.
May & June: Plains & Meade
July: Scott County
August: Coldwater-Wilmore & Greeley County.
